OUR COVID 19 PROTOCOL

New Protocols for Upcoming Appointments
(For TMS and SPRAVATO® Patients Only)

Please note that all talk therapy and medication management patients are seen via telepsychiatry. We look forward to seeing you for your upcoming TMS or Spravato® appointment, and want you to know about the protocols our practice has in place to maximize the safety of our care environments and our rooms. We also want to make you aware of some new procedures and precautions we’re taking to promote physical distancing and further protect you and our staff.

Before Your Appointment

As part of our enhanced safety measures, we’ve transitioned some check-in procedures for outpatient appointments to our online patient portal, OnPatient. Completing these actions on OnPatient will reduce your physical contact with others and the amount of time you’ll need to spend before your visit.

Important: Complete OnPatient checkin prior to your appointment. OnPatient checkin is the electronic way to fill out the health care forms that you would normally answer in the office, including confirming or updating your contact information, medications, allergies, and current health issues.

If you have any symptoms that could be consistent with COVID-19 (these include fevers, chills, cough, loss of sense of taste or smell, muscle pain, headache, or sore throat), please let us know, our technician will review your symptoms and determine next steps.

During Your Appointment

To protect the health and safety of you and our staff, we changed our office visit guidelines as below:

  • To maintain a healthy environment, we are requiring all clients and staff wear face covering or mask at all times. We ask that you bring your own face covering or mask to wear. If you do not have a face covering, we will provide one. In addition to covering your face, you should practice social distancing and try to restrict your mobility in the office as much as possible.
  • We require all clients complete health screenings before entering the facility. Health screenings may include having your temperature checked and answering questions about your health and any recent travel. Any client or caretaker, who is sick, has a high risk of prior exposure or has traveled from a high-risk geographical area should call our office in advance. Anyone in the mentioned categories will not be permitted to enter the facility.
  • Visitors are allowed to accompany patients only in exceptional circumstances.
